The hotel is in an excellent location near historic downtown and main sightseeing attractions. A cool bonus is the nearby Cafe Austria, offering tea and coffee. - the breakfast included a huge variety of delicious options.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the historic center of Cuenca. The value for money was impressive, with reasonable prices for the quality of service provided. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The basic amenities in the room, including the queen bed and the stunning view over the city, were much appreciated. Moreover, the complimentary breakfast offered in their top floor restaurant was not only delicious, but it also provided a wonderful start to the day with its panoramic view.
All was great, nothing to improve.

Great location! We were able to walk to all the sights and attractions we wanted to see. the breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options to choose from. One more advantage was that the staff was friendly and helpful whenever we had questions.
The Wi-Fi was terrible. We had trouble connecting and when we did, it was very slow and kept disconnecting.
